Here's how we work:  Typically we look for 3bedroom, 2 bath homes with no major work needed and can pass a home inspection.  An independent appraisal is made on your home and we start marketing the home for sale.  This consists of Newspapers, Blogs, Radio, Television, and public speaking events. We will sell between 8,000-10,000  tickets (typically between $100 and $300 per ticket)  We maintain detailed records of each ticket sold to avoid fraud and for Auditing purposes. We then purchase your home for its appraised value. On the day of the drawing, we have a CPA firm conduct an Audit on all tickets sold and to testify the legitamacy of the raffle. Once the Raffle is completed, the profit (less the cost of conducting the raffle and MY RAFFLE SITE.Org's fees) will be donated to a Charity of your choice.
